BRIDGETOWN-GREENBUSHES.

Set among tall trees and winding rivers, Bridgetown–Greenbushes is a region rich in history, industry, and natural beauty. From the heritage charm of Bridgetown to the mining strength of Greenbushes, this area is a vital part of Warren–Blackwood — where innovation and lifestyle go hand in hand, and where locals are deeply committed to building a strong and sustainable future.

Bevan understands the unique challenges the community faces — from ongoing concerns about dust and environmental impacts linked to the local mine, to the urgent need for improvements to the Bridgetown Hospital Emergency Department, which locals rely on in times of crisis. He’s also backing calls to rebuild the Shire Works Depot, which was lost in the devastating 2022 fires. These aren’t just operational issues — they go to the heart of community safety, health, and resilience. Bevan is working to ensure Bridgetown–Greenbushes gets the attention and investment it deserves.

TALISON LITHIUM MINE.

The Talison Lithium Mine near Greenbushes is a major operation with global significance — but for local residents, it's what happens here on the ground that matters most. From environmental impacts and heavy haulage to noise, dust, housing pressure, and the strain on local roads and services, many in our community are asking whether the benefits of the mine are being fairly shared — and whether all levels of government are doing enough to ensure proper oversight, safety, and community consultation.

Bevan believes local voices must be heard — not just by the company, but by government too. He’s raising concerns in Parliament and pushing for stronger accountability, but wants to hear directly from you. Whether you work at the mine, live nearby, or are affected in any way, your experience matters. What do you think is working — and what needs to change? Share your insights, concerns or ideas to help build a fairer, safer and more sustainable future for the region.

INFRASTRUCTURE ISSUES.

Is local infrastructure keeping up with the needs of our region? Many in our community say it isn’t — and they’re right to be concerned. From crumbling roads and missing footpaths to drainage issues, public transport gaps, and growing pressure on community facilities, people are asking why vital infrastructure continues to be delayed or overlooked. Some of these responsibilities fall to the Shire, others to the State — but in the end, it’s local residents who feel the impact.

Bevan is working to raise these issues at every level of government — but he needs your help to build the case. Whether it's road safety, community amenities, public buildings, or transport access, your voice matters. What infrastructure issues are affecting you, your family, or your neighbourhood? Share your experience to help push for the funding and attention our region deserves.

"We believe regional communities deserve infrastructure that’s safe, reliable, and built for the future." — Bevan Eatts
